Service Scope
OraVoice AI provides AI-assisted voice and chat automation for lead capture, appointment booking, customer support routing, CRM handoff, and business follow-up workflows.
No Professional Advice
The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, real-estate investment, or emergency advice. Hospital use is limited to appointment and patient service assistance. Real estate use is limited to enquiry capture and advisor routing.
Business Responsibility
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their scripts, offers, prices, menu items, availability, legal notices, customer consent, DND compliance, and any follow-up performed by their staff.
Acceptable Use
Do not use OraVoice AI for spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful telemarketing, harassment, collection of passwords or OTPs, or storing unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Call Forwarding And Telephony
When connected to a business phone number, the business remains responsible for carrier permissions, call forwarding setup, caller disclosure, consent, and regional telecom compliance.
Availability
The MVP is provided for pilot and launch use. Availability depends on hosting, internet connectivity, cloud AI providers, telephony providers, and CRM systems.
Limitation
OraVoice AI should be supervised by business staff. Important bookings, orders, medical appointments, prices, and property availability should be confirmed by the business before final action.
