OraVoice AI may collect customer name, phone number, language preference, enquiry details, conversation text, consent status, CRM sync status, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
Why We Collect It
We use this information to answer enquiries, capture leads, book appointments, send business follow-ups, sync CRM records, improve service quality, and maintain security records.
Consent
The demo requires consent before customer details are stored. Businesses using OraVoice AI are responsible for obtaining lawful consent before promotional follow-up, call recording, or automated messaging.
Healthcare And Sensitive Data
OraVoice AI is not a medical diagnosis service. Hospital demos are limited to appointment booking and patient service routing. Do not enter diagnosis, prescription, payment card, password, OTP, or highly sensitive details into the demo.
Sharing
Customer information may be shared with configured business tools such as Odoo CRM, WhatsApp Business providers, email systems, telephony providers, cloud speech providers, and hosting providers only for service operation.
Retention And Deletion
Customer records should be retained only as long as needed for the business purpose. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the business or OraVoice AI support.
Security
The launch MVP includes consent records, security headers, rate limiting, audit logs, and server-side API keys. Production deployments should also use HTTPS, strong admin tokens, backups, restricted server access, and encrypted managed databases.
